Room 27 are learning about the different communities that we belong to. We know that we belong to our church communities, our local communities, and our school community, but is there more?
Miss Johnson told us that we belong to a global community, but what is this? We are looking at all the places that our blog travels around the world, to see how far the ideas and learning in Room 27, in Papatoetoe New Zealand, can reach.
We would love to hear from you and add your location to our map. Please tell us if you read our blog where you are from. It helps us build connections with the world beyond our known.
ReplyDeleteGreat Work Room 27!! Looks like you are learning lots about the different communities we have. I am from Samoa and I'm reading it with my best friend Chris who is all the way from England!

Keep up the good work :)

Hello Room 27!
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome blog!
I am reading this from Toronto, Canada, and recently returned from a small island off the eastern coast of New Brunswick called Grand Manan, can you find it?
On our way home from Grand Manan, we drove through Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont (in the US), Quebec and Ontario (both in Canada). It was a long trip, but so beautiful!
I was in New Zealand many years ago, you have such an incredible country.
Wishing you well from Canada!
Miss Amy, Toronto, Canada
